RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased at regular price can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in new and unworn condition with all Halsey brand tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted if the Halsey brand tags have been removed. Please note that a flat return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
For domestic orders, regular-priced items can be exchanged once without any shipping charges. However, all sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To initiate the return/exchange process, simply:
- Email ORDERS@HALSEY44.COM with your name and order number and indicate return or exchange.
- Complete the return form and include it in the return package.
- Use the prepaid return label we emailed you to send the item back to us.
Refund processing times vary according to your bank and payment method but typically take 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $250.00 and a $10.00 flat rate for orders below that amount.
Expedited 3-day shipping is available for a flat $15.00 fee.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship all international orders via the US Postal Service for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada is $35.00. Shipping to all other countries is $40.00. Due to varying international postage rules, we cannot pay for return shipping on international orders, and any additional duties, taxes, fees, or VAT are the recipient’s sole responsibility.
